NAGC Year in Review

The NAGC Year in Review is published by the National Association for Gifted Children on an annual basis. It provides readers—from advocates and corporate leaders to education experts and potential funders—with a document that demonstrates how NAGC promotes academic support, challenge, and inspiration for our country’s high-ability and high-potential students.

Print copies are distributed to various advocacy, networking, and fundraising organizations, as well as to its Annual Fund Campaign donors. The Year in Review can also be downloaded online.

This year’s issue features the following:

  • Javits-Frasier scholar spotlights
  • The NAGC Select E-book series
  • An update on the Common Core standards
  • Newly released NAGC/CEC teacher preparation standards
  • NAGC’s new Talent Development Initiative
  • Convention highlights
  • Stories from our 2014 Annual Fund donors
  • And more!

Why I Give to the Annual Fund

“ . . . because NAGC is the go-to professional organization for all who care about our nation’s gifted children! As both a parent and an educator, I have turned to NAGC countless times over the last 30 years. I have never been disappointed.”—Sally Krisel
